Brigham.ai queries Gmail and Calendar live and keeps only message ids, thread summaries you have seen and follow-up candidates. Credentials can be revoked at any time. The less we copy, the less there is to export or delete.

Yes. Workspace admins can export it themselves, or you can write to the contact in the Privacy Policy and we will help.
What about retention?
